What is on the board

Breakfast, Burgers, Bowls And A Few Sweet Bits

The menu is broad without being silly. There are proper breakfasts and breakfast bagels in the morning, then sandwiches, wraps, smash burgers, loaded fries and power bowls through the day. Kids get a smaller section of their own, and the drinks board covers hot coffee, iced drinks, smoothies and shakes. Food can be eaten in, taken away or ordered for delivery.

The food photos have the same feel as the room: warm, straightforward, a bit of character from the mascot, and not trying to look like every other cafe on Instagram.

The room

A Cafe That Still Feels Like A Cafe

The room is clean, bright and easy to settle into. There is a visible counter, high chairs if you need them, and enough space around the tables that it works for families as well as anyone stopping in for coffee or lunch. There is outdoor seating too when the weather is on your side.

That gives the website its theme: cream background, dark green text and buttons, warm wood tones, and a small coral accent instead of anything glossy or over-designed.

The Feed mascot

Good Food. Good Coffee. Good Company.

The Feed mascot is a round, round-faced character with a coffee cup — a deliberately warm, a bit retro and not trying to be corporate or generic. The same character appears on the cups, the board and the site.

Feed has been doing this since 2020 in St Ives. The logo and the food are both originals.

From The Cafe

  • The Counter

    A clean, bright room with a visible counter and enough space to feel relaxed.

  • Breakfast

    A full plate with eggs, toast, beans and coffee. Served until 11.30am.

  • Smash Burger

    One of the burgers from the lunch board. Hot, stacked and properly made.

  • Loaded Fries

    Mac and cheese fries with crispy BBQ chicken, pickled onions and jalapeños.

  • Outside

    Alfresco tables with views across St Ives when the weather is good.

  • A Slow Morning

    The cafe early on. Coffee, no noise, a good spot to start the day.
